One region, very different markets
In August 2026 Immobiliare.it reported an average asking price in Puglia of around €1,453 per square metre for residential property for sale.
Bari province was the most expensive at around €1,836 per square metre, while Taranto was among the most affordable at around €1,053 per square metre.
Bari leads the growth
According to idealista, Puglia’s average asking price in Q2 2026 was around €1,254 per square metre, with Bari city above €2,100 per square metre.
Bari city also recorded annual growth of 6.3%, a stronger performance than much of the region.
Where value may exist
Lower-priced areas are not automatically the best investments, and more expensive markets are not necessarily unattractive.
For a foreign buyer, value depends on accessibility, tourism appeal, transport links, property condition, renovation costs and rental demand.
Why AURA starts from Puglia
Puglia offers a broad range of opportunities: city apartments, historic homes, trulli, masserie, coastal villas and hospitality properties up to the ultra-luxury segment.
That range makes it possible to build a catalogue starting around €50,000 and extending into multi-million-euro assets, with very different strategies for different buyers.
