Privacy Policy

How Aura Immobiliare SRLS processes personal data submitted through this website.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. Data controller

The data controller is Aura Immobiliare SRLS, operating under the Aura Property Consulting brand.

You can contact Aura through the Contact page, by phone/WhatsApp at +39 338 202 6870, or by writing to one of the operational offices listed on the website. The listed offices are operational contact points and are not presented here as the registered office unless expressly stated.

2. Personal data we collect

Depending on the service requested, Aura may collect your name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, country, preferred language, budget, preferred area, intended use, property condition, purchase timing, project notes, requested consultation date/time, property listing URLs and other information you choose to provide.

The website may also process ordinary technical data generated when you access the service, such as IP address, browser/device information, security logs and request metadata needed to deliver and protect the website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data submitted through the Property Project Calculator, consultation request, Send us the listing form and Property Alert is processed to respond to your request, prepare a project brief, assess opportunities, coordinate requested services and take pre-contractual steps at your request.

Where a contractual relationship begins, data may also be processed to perform the contract and comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations.

Technical and security data may be processed on the basis of Aura's legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. The account-linked browsing history described below is processed only on the basis of your optional consent.

4. Recipients and professional partners

Personal data may be accessed by authorised Aura personnel and by service providers that support hosting, IT, database, security and website operation, under appropriate contractual safeguards where required.

When necessary for a property project, information may be shared with selected independent professionals such as lawyers, notaries, surveyors, architects, tax advisers, mortgage specialists, contractors, property managers or partner agencies. These professionals may act as independent controllers for the services they provide directly to you.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some technology providers or external resources may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, Aura relies on the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual safeguards, where relevant.

6. Retention

Inquiry and project data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, manage the relationship, document the service and protect legal rights. Data connected with an active contract may be retained longer where required by applicable legal, accounting or tax obligations.

Inactive enquiries are periodically reviewed and should not be kept indefinitely without a valid purpose.

7. Your rights

Under applicable data-protection law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) where applicable.

8. Security and updates

Aura applies organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

This notice may be updated when services, legal requirements or data-processing practices change. The current version and update date are shown on this page.

9. Optional sharing of properties and pages viewed

If you freely choose to share your browsing, Aura links your signed-in account, including your name and email, to the property sheets and selected public pages you open. This helps AURA understand your property interests and provide relevant assistance. Refusing or withdrawing this consent does not restrict access to the catalogue.

The history records the first opening of each property or page per account and calendar day in the Europe/Rome time zone, with the content reference, title and opening time. It is retained for up to 90 days and is available in the reporting panel only to authorised AURA administrators. It is not a record of every click or time spent reading.

This browsing history does not capture IP addresses, device fingerprints, URL query strings or fragments, form-field values, chats, payment details or document contents. Data you deliberately submit to request a service is handled separately under the other sections of this notice.

The scope, notice version 2026-10-20 and time of your choice are saved against your account to document and apply your preference. The choice applies when you sign in to this website, including from other devices. A previous property-only consent is not automatically extended to public pages; the broader scope requires a new choice.

You can change your choice at any time through the browsing-sharing controls. Turning sharing off stops collection and deletes this website's browsing history for your account. Website and Aura Investor choices are separate; clearing browser data alone does not withdraw a preference saved in your account.

This choice does not give permission for marketing messages or for sharing your browsing history with external partner agencies. Account-linked history is distinct from the site's general visitor statistics.

10. Registration and privacy choices

Email/password account creation requires confirming you have read this notice. This acknowledgement is not blanket consent to profiling, marketing or tracking.

Separately, you can optionally allow AURA to associate selected visited pages and property listings with your account for tailored assistance. The option is off by default; declining does not restrict access.

We record the policy version, acknowledgement time and affirmative or negative tracking choice. Account-linked browsing history is kept up to 90 days, can be deleted by withdrawing consent and is not reconstructed retroactively. Aggregated analytics and technical data are separate. Aura Investor has independent preferences.
